* Apply the mixture of cucumber juice and a quantity of amount of rose water around the eyes and then wash it after 15-20 mints.
* To increase the strength of eyelashes, apply a narrow layer of castor oil on eyebrows and eyelashes at night.
* To keep your eyes healthy, eat plenty of vegetables & fruits such as papaya, carrot, mango & spinach etc. These are rich in beta carotene, which can maintain your eyes healthy.
* Be regular along with your exercise that helps you improve blood circulation & is also useful to get oxygen to your eyes.
* Keep a slice of cucumber or potato on the eyes, is helpful for removing dark circles and eye wrinkles.
* Drink lots of water, which is useful to stop swelling of the eyes.
* Do not rub eyes, in lieu of blinking. It is the best exercise for the eyes.
